So what exactly did u drop 3/4 inch the whole bracket??. . Didd u have to drill or cut anything?
hi im putting a lakewood scattershield in my 74 duster and heard you had to make a little bracket to prevent clutch binding. what all did you have to do to make it work since i hear the z bar wont line up. if you mind seding me a pm and telling me how u did it that would be great thanks
hi do you still have the 6 cly with the headers and the 4 brull cab
I knew you would get that 10 second pass! Good Job! Next job is to get the 60' down into the 1.30's yes thats right! Keep plugging away, it will come! Try to lower the car in the rear if possible. This will help some!
    Rob..
I,ve been so busy lately Tony,I forgot all about ya.I will have a look tomorrow and see what I got left.
I just used a 4 to 2 adapter and an 85 Dodge truck master cylinder. It is very close so I used a couple spark plug insulators over the brake lines and silicone brake fluid to help keep it from boiling and I haven't had much problems with it except once in a while it gets just warm enough that it will spit some fluid out but not sure if it is from heat or my reservoir leaking, another good reason to use silicone fluid, it won't hurt the paint if I drip any. I was wanting to wrap the couple header tubes but I just haven't had the time. My headers don't get that hot though with the Jet Hot coating, I can get within an inch or two of touching the headers before it feels to hot to touch.
Will do Doug, just not now(too late)getting ready for bed.Sorry to hear the S10 quaffed on you LOL.Lots of parts around and a quick easy fix to get ya back up and running.I have this month to get the 66 Dart up and ready for some 10 sec. passes. Will give you a call soon.Keep your chin up,good things come to those that wait. It,s your turn!

Howdy Scott! Good to hear from ya. More of the same here. Hope all is well with you and yours. Had to rebuild the motor in the S10. Water pump went out on Interstate. Before I realized what was happening and got stopped, both head gaskets blown, one head cracked, and 4 lifters toasted. Luckily, the bottom end survived unhurt. Very luckily, I had another set of heads on hand so all I had to purchase was a set of lifters and the gaskets. Took advantage of the down time to port the other heads before they went on. Work still WAY too slow. Missed out on another big job last week. My bid came in 2nd. Winning bid was less than my actual material cost. Supposed to bid 2 more small jobs this week. Give me a call sometime. As you've noticed, I'm not on here as much as I used to be.
