Depends if you really do any highway driving ? For intown I wouldn't mind 4.xx gears, right now I got 2.xx gears, I rarely shift into 3rd, I use my trans more like a 2 speed power glide with an OD. In second I can cruse 30-40 mph which is functioning like a 4-4.26.

A stock one will work fine if your local guy has one. You can’t buy just the inner spring to my knowledge because the rod diameter is smaller on the dual spring compared to the single spring.

4.30 gears are way low for street driving. Drag racing, road racing with short straights and heavy towing, yes. For street the 3.55 gears are a good choice especially with an OD trans with a lower 1st gear ratio. The GM 700R4/4L60 or the Ford 4R70W come to mind. These days the OEMs for trucks...

Check the holes in the tracks that you used when bolting the tracks back on to the seats. As A56 said, the track release handle is on the outside track

The small block Torker intake is a turd. Put an rpm air gap on it and it’ll pick up a bunch of low end.

I don't know how thick is a sleeve is but you would have to bore a 318 0.130" + whatever the sleeve is make more sense to sleeve a worn out 340 block or Just bore a 360 0.040" and get some crank spacers for 3.31". or just say your 340 stroked to a 367.
