I think you'd be happier with the gear spacings on the AX-15. The NV 3500 is going to have the gear splits only a truck could love.

Back at gas station again. I had to add a cooler for PS system. Was losing assist when system heat soaked. After adding cooler i see 134 degrees out of box and 116 degrees into pump. Cooler sees 100 degrees in and 95 degrees out. 40 minute drive curvy country roads steering is working...

Just food for thought, but make DARN sure that there's no interference between the downleg of the manifold (esp. driver's side) and the head. I have a Magnum slated for install in a '68 Dart, and when I mounted up the early 340 manifolds, the driver's manifold outlet was hitting the bottom part...

Not all Hemis got Danas. Lots of automatics got 8.75s which were standard on many Hemi cars unless optioned up.

Since you said it's for a 67-69, my wheels are 15x7 with a 41/4 inch backspace. I think that a 3.75 will push the wheel, and tire into the fender.

A 383 never had a Dana. Only 440 4 speeds and all Hemi’s got a Dana.
