X 2 on the Early A manifolds as best option. Do the fitting on an engine stand so you can make the drivers side fit well before sticking the motor in the car. The interference point is right below the # 7 cylinder port. Passenger side will fit fine, so only the drivers side needs some help. Good...

If you're getting assembled Speedmaster heads, get a trusted machine shop to check them over before bolting them on. Better safe than sorry! Dougs D453's or TTI's are the two best choices for headers, but you may have to do a little shimming of the motor mounts with either set. A lot of people...
