    U-Haul car trailer experience?

I have used one a few times over the years. The last time I was towing 200 miles one day and then 200 miles back a few days later. They did not like the intown over night, but I talked to the location manager and while talking to them, I asked for a spare tire for the trailer. Did not have any...

    U-Haul car trailer experience?

If it were me, id reserve one at u-haul and look for one to buy in Texas. Pick one up for $600 and bring some axle grease. This way you can drag home all sorts of stuff!!

    18" Wheel help

There really aren’t any “Mopar specific” wheels in anything close to those sizes, just aftermarket wheels with generic center bores. As far as hubs, you won’t do much better for the factory spindles. The DoctorDiff aluminum hubs are basically copies of factory BBP hubs minus the rotors. Baer...

    NHL 23-24

Don't remind me! I can usually accept losing as long as the Islanders don't win either. We have as good a shot as any team right now so I'm cautiously optimistic.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

The absolute easiest way to find them is to make a special trip into town and buy new ones. Guarantee ya walk back in the shop and the old ones will be right there.

    [FOR SALE] 1972 Demon

Just as a reminder I'm not interested in a project car. I'm going to guess but I'd say that it would probably take at least 30 grand to redo the car. Interior along is around 3 - 4 grand. Rebuild the engine is like 6 grand

    [FOR SALE] 1972 Demon

$2,500 is kinda high for a 340 block and heads. Car itself would take more time and money than it’s worth.

So it’s the Ford Contour dual fans which are inexpensive, compact and move a lot of air. The PWM is from a Mitsubishi dual fan application and the latest MS3 firmware provides granular control of the fans. So fans are off until 170 and then I add 40% duty cycle and it ramps up to 100% at 180. I...

Price looks like it will be the same anyway. He will probably need two different lengths with those offset rockers anyway.

That's exactly the experience I had with my unit also built by Spectra who also made my gas tank RRR. No issues with mine either.

    U-Haul car trailer experience?

I use them all the time, mainly they're the only game in town. We have Penske, but their price of a transporter is crazy, so it's U-Haul ($55 here). I have towed many vehicles in the last 15 years without a problem. The front straps wrap around the front tires and just cinch down. The rear has a...

Small block headers: worst to best fitting. List your experience.

Folks always ***** like you have to take the headers off everytime you change oil, - ffs. Mosta mine have been on over 5 yrs, one over 10 yrs. Headers are still the most cost effective way to gain h/p .

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Goodafternoon! Right off kilter. Nice day, did some errands for the mother in law, then lunch and now back in hotel. Next is load Fargo on to trailer i think. Had enough city driving in it. King pins need grease, getting tough to steer. Brakes are noisier than usual too. Howling like a garbage...

    7875 + 5.9 + E85 + Megasquirt

This is all early days in the testing but I’m judging the flash based on where it starts to build boost in 3rd. It might be even tighter on the brake but I haven’t tested. No expert on converters either but it’s possible my old PTC is just overdue for a rework. I’ll send it back to them and find...
