Gef is gonna be the guy, one of the leaf spring pads has a bad location hole in it.4-1/2” BP 44” center to center on pads but photo shows bad locator hole.

Complete w/ 3.23 open I would freshen it up before use -seals, bearings,gear lube, brake parts $200.

Plymouth has a more square front wheel opening than the Dodge counterparts ‘67 - ‘76 Dodge fender is tapered at the back.
13” sbp wheels are getting hard to find they have been getting tossed daily and have been for years.
Use what you have just get good rubber on them and remember drivers side lug nuts are LEFT HAND threads.

4-1/2” is the measurement I have observed on the cast iron 2 bbl, so the Eddy Performer is the same height at the center, front to back as a production iron intake.
* 92b the intake in your picture is an Eddy performer correct?
