    72 H-code Demon in factory gold leaf (Y8) and black stripes, 4-speed 8 3/4 355 diff.

A Mopar A-body taken down to front and rear frames. It only took about 10 years off and on with a lot of AMD metal and many headaches.

    A-Body Round #2- My '76 Scamp restore...

Best guess, the ground wasn’t really grounded because the plastic relay was insulating it on that side. So the power was back feeding through the other circuits. I had something similar happen when I added add relays.

    727 shifter suggestion

Here's a second for the B&M Pro Ratchet. I ran one for years and really liked it.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Theres an app. Tremec toolbox. Basically pinion goes down 2° from centerline of engine. I level driveline and set 2 degrees down. Done. Weight on rear suspension.

    FBO plate over advancing

Gonna give this one a shot tomorrow. Should be 6 degrees, according to the charts. Got it all back together with a good new Carter fuel pump and just fired it up quick. Fuel pressure is back up where it should be. Time for bed now but will check the results tomorrow. I'm sure it will be much...

Those are some mad fabrication skills. Although I do like the work, I think you could improve them. Make them look more like some of the ones I have seen on E Bodies, and I think you will have something. Don't get me wrong, I think they look pretty good, and they show us your fabrication...

Yet another fan clutch thread, I swear, this one is slightly different

The AC compressor is easy. Lose the early clutch and go to a later one. They are narrower and will allow you more room. Can you get a better shot of the crank pulley?
  18. RustyRatRod

    clutch fan won't fit

That's a common problem with those import radiators. Look at the side brackets. I "just bet" they are welded onto the sides of the radiator too far forward and that positions the radiator too close to the engine. Look at the space between the top tank and the radiator support. I bet there's a...

Yet another fan clutch thread, I swear, this one is slightly different

First I'll apologize for this excessively wordy post, but I want to make sure people understand my issue and my question. All of this is on a factory A/C 68 Dodge Dart, originally 318 car, now has a 360 that I did not install nor do I know much about it, automatic (727). So I've run into what...

    Now what? Vinyl top install

VERY nice job. I have never done a vinyl roof, but I have seen it done on videos many times. Was this your first time? Have you ever done a headliner? I've done a few. It involves the same level of precision as the vinyl top, and marking a good centerline is imperative. I bet you would be good...
