Thank you. It's not very fast, but I think it runs pretty good for a junk yard engine. I call my Truck the Pro-Junk Yard Dakota. Lol if it ever quits freaking raining I hope to try out the tunnelram soon. Then the new to me 8 inch 5800 stall torque converter.

    408 Magnum stroker HEAD HELP!

You can use the Trickflow heads with out having to buy the $$$$ Harlandsharp rockers. With the latter year magnums . You just have to use a rocker that will allow push rod oiling. I am useing the PRW 1.6 Roller rockers. I think there is a member, with I think a white dart that is useing...

    408 Magnum stroker HEAD HELP!

I have the trickflow heads, prw 1.6 Rockers and oil through push rods on my 2000 360 magnum block. I used the kit from Mike at B3 Racing to correct the push rod angle. The 360 has been runing great for over 2 years and sees 6500-7000 RPM when I race it

    Here’s a nice sounding build

I would like to but that's a lot of money. lol but I do know how the saying goes. I was just comparing the gen3 hemi because the 422 with 730 Hp cost $26,000 or you could buy a stroked, blown gen3 hemi with 872 HP for $500 more. John, are you saying gen3 hemis dont make good bracket engines or...

    Here’s a nice sounding build

I was interested in this engine because it has the magnum motor mounts and would pretty much bolt right in my dakota. Except would have to change the oil pan to a rear sump. Also I found out yesterday that I can buy a 6.4 hemi stroked to a 426 with a 3.0 Whipple supercharger, that makes 872...

    Small Blocks

Design the intake like the big blocks so you don't have to drain the coolant when you change intakes.

What carbs do you have? I installed two Edelbrock 650AVS2 on mine. I am sure it would end up faster in the 1/4 with a pair of holleys. But I don't have the money for 2 Holly's right now. Lol pluse I bought two of the edelbrock on sale awhile back cheaper than one holley.lol

My take on the oiling system crossover tube for the small block

Couldn't you pull the intake and manually prim the oil pump and see if the oil is leaking around the lifters?

Edelbrock Performer RPM (7577) and 360 Magnum CI heads

Sounds like its going to be a nice engine when you are done. Also my magnum engine had ported Engine quest heads on it when I bought it off my friend. He raced it 2 years with the EQ heads on it. I put the trickflow heads on it after I got it from him
