No one ever mentions how mufflers can cause issues. Sure did in my case, not a 318 though, going back to my old mufflers, just don't care for the noise.

Thanks, I'll look into those I know I have the village on DVD (the baby loves it) and I know that one fits perfectly I've never actually seen the Sixth Sense because I'm not a fan of Bruce Willis, but we can give him a shot

Intake (heat shield) and metal gaskets?

AMK has them. They are listed as SB Ford intake baffle, part number B-10760, 6 pcs for 3.00. I think these are the right size-1/4 x 3/8 L .44 OD. This is from an older AMK catalog, they might have them listed for the SB Mopar by now.

I don't thing this applies because there was no puddle but FWIW regarding the A904 in his '66 Barracuda @CPDave wrote: The main issue I've had was with the '66-'67 pump drive snout on the converter cracking (Holy Red Puddel of Death Batman!). Solved that by upgrading to the '68 and up front...

Is it ok to copy a W5 head and make it better or are we just mad at Speedmaster

We have acquired a problem of lack of manufacturing capacity in the US from years of buying the cheapest. In the meantime China and others have built up their manufacturing capacity. My son looked for two years to find a USA manufacturer of a product of his design. He has acquired trademarks and...

    Wheel lug hack.

I had to replace one front brake caliper on my 04 Ram 2500 diesel. When it came time to put the wheel/tire assembly back on, I found that I am no longer strong enough to lift one it its wheel/tire assemblies. Not with my arms, not with my legs. Had to fiddle with the hydraulic jack to get the...

Got an oil change today on my Pastor's car at 11:00 a.m.. Then I'll work on stripping the rest of these doors out and getting the hinges off. The drivers lower hinge is shot. The doors on these E Body cars are long and heavy .But I will rebuild all four before I return them to the car after it...

Good brand of a turn signal switch

Look up Slant Six Dan a member here. He has the best.Never buy one that has a button instead of a wheel on the horn contact. The wheel is the best for long term use. I believe he is associated with Old Car Parts North West that has them.

3 more words to drive the head porters nuts.

Lots of guys have thanked me especially those porting on intake manifolds when I said and have repeated “think radius”. Since it seems like most of the head porters post in the small block area I’m going to post up 3 more words that jumped out at me years ago and I still keep in mind. These...

Intake (heat shield) and metal gaskets?

They are twist rivets. If they get messed up, you can drill and tap them and use a 1/4" bolt too. Maybe locktite them in, or safety wire.

    Valiant Convertible

63-66 Darts have an almost 5 inch longer wheelbase than the 63-66 Valiants and Barracudas (111 vs 106.5). I'm pretty sure the rear floor of the Dart is longer. 63-66 Valiant and 64-66 Barracuda floors should be the same.

I use a hair dryer for that, works perfect with no chance of melting/crinkling it.. i'm surprised you got away with the heat gun.. more patience than me :) (i use a hair dryer at work to remove old shipping labels off packages.. works great.)

So the other nite we had a movie night with the kids and we watched signs I had forgotten what a great movie that is, very little profanity, no gore, but still suspenseful and a great story Do you guys know of any other movies that fit this criteria?
