    318 Poly Flow Test

Other people have gotten 250-260 cfm out of them. Even saw one report of 270 cfm. There are some strokers making 500hp. Cams and intake manifolds are expensive.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Gittin after it today... Pulled the BS Accel coil and some wiring, and the hinges. Had to cut a slot in the top of one of the battery tray bolts to use an impact on it. It was so rusty and tight, but it came apart. Believe it or not, was able to undo all of the lines from the proportioning...

    73 Duster build named Fred

Plan on changing the wheels and tires and nothing else. When I first built the TRX, I would drive like an idiot racing vette's, stangs and even hellcats every chance I got and there were a lot of them. Shocked (and probably embarrassed them) only losing 1 street race ever with the truck to a...

Need Help Tracking Down Pistons For Low Compression 408 Stroker

...find (25cc KB416), that gets me down to 9.04:1 static compression. Sounds great right? Well, I would need a camshaft that closes the intake valve 60* ABDC to get the cranking pressure down to 164psi. That's something in the 252 duration range! That strikes me as a terrible idea for a daily...

    318 Poly Flow Test

Not really an A-Body thing, but a cool engine none the less. My first car was a 1966 Coronet 440 with a 318 poly. My father bought it new. I've had the heads in the shop for quite some time, and I finally took the time to rig up the valve opener and flow test the intake. Small ports and not...

    '67 BUCKET SEAT HEADREST FABRICATION.

The lower picture of the '67 bench headrests has two brown oval pieces which may go directly under the chrome bezels as guides? If so, maybe that's what my smaller black pieces do also? I'm at work now, but will have alook when I get home later. Thanks Mattax!

Rewire 67 Dart GT - need recommendations - what's best?

Looking at this photo, even the wiper harness connectors were getting excessively hot. Do you recall what was the ammeter showing? My guess would be it was showing charge and if a voltage check had been made at that time, the alternator output would have shown over 15 Volts. Either the...

Nah, been there done that several times. Getting an RHO which is RAM's replacement for the TRX. Same truck, little lighter with a twin turbo straight six. More towing capacity, better fuel mileage and just a better daily driver for me.

Too many speeding tickets hauling my Duster to @MOPARMAGA 's home track! :steering::lol: All kidding aside, I ordered a new truck and need to put the TRX back to stock to get the most $$$ out of it. Replacement will be almost as cool, just not as fast which I don't need it to be.
