I am also building a 360 for a 66 B-Cuda, and I'm using the 69 Cast iron pump, because I want the best fan to rad clearance. You...

    Oil filter adapter gasket location

Time to start the build up

Be sure to paint the parts in the primers window, or you might have to scuff everything, for it to adhere correctly. Primer usually has a window of 24 hrs. I use a lot of Summit name brand stuff, along with Mancinni Racing. Dave

    Amp Meter issues

Those look like the stock amp wires. If so, you can connect them together, with a bolt, and nut. You can also cut them off and solder them together. What ever you do make sure you insulate them real good, as they are hot all the time your battery is connected. Disconnect the battery when...

I just went and checked my new "Boss Hog" Converter. The threads are 7/16x20, and the heads are .192 head thickness. ARP 5/16x24 bolt heads are the same thickness. I cleaned up the heads , and base of the Boss Hog bolts. They came with the converter. Dave

Painting steel rims and baking the paint.

Wipe them down with "Grease and Wax Remover", and or "Acetone" before you paint them. Paint them, and set them out in the sun. That's as much baking as you can get without an oven. Dave

    Left Parking Light Stays on

You have a ground issue. I would start with the parking lights. I found on my 69 that I had to run a new , and separate ground wire to the body to ground the lights. I soldered a wire to each of the bulb sockets on the outside, and grounded them to the frame. They are not visible. It fixed my...
