TrickFlows max out around 300. My stock W2 head’s years ago stock flowed [email protected] then fell on the face. With a little port work and the stock 3/8 (2.02 valve) they easily went over 300. I’m sure with a 2.08 (11/32 valve) they could push the 330 cfm area and probably more really leaning on them...

Basically your talking about airflow and velocity, ultimately you want the ideal size like that header question you had in another thread. Obviously the smallest nor the largest will be it, a lot are so afraid to kill any velocity that they will kill airflow, power is basically airflow over time...
