I have the Hughes springs and retainers on the magnum heads with .510 lift the seals just clear so I wanted to stay a little less then that, that's why I was thinking around .500 max . My current 318 runs a factory 340 automatic cam which is 210 & 220 @.050 runs good but I doubt the compression...

The oil filter can make a difference, some are smaller than others. Unless It's a PH8A size, it might not take a full qt.

Kinda easier with longer videos too.

Yea mine seems like the vaccume lines are attached to the grommet all one piece. Not sure if I’m misaken on this or not and it’s just so covered in crud and paint that I’m looking it it wrong. So I wasn’t sure if I need to find this grommet with the lines attached or if I can just get any...
