I did the treadmill, pulled the axles and still got to work early. I used a chain with a hook in the big hole on the shaft. They didn’t budge so I wrapped the chain around a 5# hammer and got the momentum needed.

Are you going with full white panel with white letters, or orange letters in the white? I can't decide which would be a bigger pain in the *** to tape.....the insides of the letters, or the outsides!?!? I think I'll go with inside...lol. Fine line tape and then tape the rest to that.

I did a quick search on land transfer taxes and Delaware has the highest rate at 4%, if that's true I don't consider 4% much
