Have 74 Dart theres this box with two wire plugs going into it,see nothing on wiring diagram. Putting Auto Meter dash in do I need this box there is a big one and and small one

Anyone using the new Magnum adjustable while on the car tubular upper control arms , have the others but you have to take off to adjust. Have 74 Dart just stock , looking to change out. Any suggestions.
