Initially had a mechanical carter on it and it did the same thing. Went to a strong electric pump to get more fuel to it. The regulator is set at 12 psi right now. But I just got it on and plumbed so haven t fired it back up yet

Another note on the Amd bumpers is that they are a little thinner gauge steel than the originals and you have to be careful tightening up the carriage bolts to them. They will bend and warp really quick if you aren’t t careful

I put amd repop bumpers on my car. Not bad for the money. But they are not perfect. I m happy with them overall
