How much spark plug gap have you used with the MSD6AL with sucess in a 9 to 9.5 compression motor?

Dropped my 340 stuff off at Armstrongs engine rebuilders a few weeks ago...block to be bored, crank grind and balance, etc. I had just taken the word of the previous owner it was a forged crank...after all ,it didnt have the cast crank balancer or weights on the flywheel Armstrongs calls...

Bought a Weiand Stealth intake a while back...when I installed it i noticed something was wrong when bolting it down...It seems there was too much removed from the intake gasket faces and it was trying to pull the manifold down to meet the heads when tightening the intake bolts...also the bosses...

Building a 340 for my '75 duster, strictly for street use...before I had a stock pump with a hi pressure spring installed I know you lose HP with the high volume... Do I really need anything but the stock pump? She wont see anymore than 6500 RPM and then not very often... Also going to run a...
