how common is it for the exhaust runners to clog up on and 2 bbl intake. the reason I ask is because someone told me today the reason my car shudders so much when I mash the gas is because the exhaust ports are clogged on my intake

so I parked my car for a little while and now im getting a safety done on it so I can drive it but it wont pass if the bower motor doesn't work so I have jumped the blower motor and know that that works my neck thing is to check the resistor but I cant find it anywhere can someone help me locate...
