I have most of the parts pulled off the spindles. I have the slider type brakes. Thankfully I have an Earls shop in town that can make me any brake line I need. I’m looking forward to the first roundabout after the brakes are moved and the sway bar is installed!!

My family doesn’t say Mopar, everyone in my family says Chrysler. Chrysler represents all the Mopar cars. I’m 44 and even to me referring to Chrysler products as “Mopar” feels odd. They passed Chrysler to me but I wonder if anybody else has the same sort of experience.

I have Cordoba front brakes on my 66 but the calipers face forward, now with a sway bar the calipers hit the aftermarket sway bar mounts. I did read this Spindle Comparison and it says "some" of the calipers can be swapped from left to right to move the calipers to the rear. It looks like it...

There is nothing wrong with my transmission other than the first gear does not have synchros which is bad for solo II events. So I’m looking for the A230 as I don’t have to double clutch or come to a complete stop to get it back in first.

My new master cyclinder leaked from a bolt on the bottom, so I fixed it instead of ordering another that might leak also.

I have the same clean air package on my 66 Barracuda. I removed most of it but the car uses what feels to me a lot of gas. I googled 2 barrel 273 engine bay pictures to hook up my vacuum lines and that might be part of the problem. I rebuilt my carb but the rebuild kit really only had 5 or 6...

I’m using a full size filter. The filter really hugs the motor and sits horizonal above the torsion bar. There is very little room to work if it’s got issues. I would love to have it remotely mounted someplace user friendly.

I am. My car is a 66 Barracuda 273 with stock exhaust and oil filter in the stock place. The prior owner had cranked down the oil filter and it was a pain to replace. There isn’t much room to work where it’s at.

My body is in so so shape. I am lucky to have spare rear quarters and passenger door. I think you can find most parts on this site from somebody. I have had good luck so far.

Ah, Mine is only Chrome. I do not have the blue or black that is in the picture above. My body color is gold and it hasnt been repainted. Im no expert but I am guessing that was something somebody painted themselves.

My wife and I installed the windshield on our 66 Barracuda. The windshield and seal dropped right in. The locking strip was what took the most man handling. I pushed the lock down and the wife worked the lips of the seal over the locking strip. The windshield and seal will sit in the car but...
