    ^^^agreed^^^ I built a 273 with a BBD that was Okayish, but wouldn't Pull past 4800 R's... Put a 500cfm AFB on it and now it Rips to 5500!

    Same, I used the Carter MuscleCar Series and had to install a Regulator... the 7-9 P.S.I. was Overcoming the Needle Valve.

    Mine has Two Longer Bolts in the Front One on Each side... All of the rest are shorter.

    Just buy One with a 3/8"-24 Thread. They're on Fee-Bay for $30-$40 bucks used... Adapters make them taller and sloppier.

    What would a Stroker Crank in a 273 be? A Slug or a Compression Happy motor that didn't want to Rev anymore?

    Looks like a Broken Remnant left on top that used-to scrub fit to the top... Pull it out and look in there to see if there are witness marks from a scraper

    Why would you Switch to a Clutch Fan if you had Heat Issues? A solid fan is 100% all the time and a clutch type is maybe 85% at Full grab? I don't have any heating issues... I do just want that 15hp back. So, I'm gonna make it work.

    It does Not attach, but just Rides on the Spoon. There is a Lil white plastic Pad that goes there it contacts the Spoon.
