The texture is close to that of vinal, but it's painted. If anyone comes up with a good method to refinish these I'd be interested. One of these days i'll have to deal with the same problem on my car.

Totally Auto ( totallyautoinc.com ) Has a line of spray paint mixed to match factory colors. There was another company that carried spray cans like that that was called "MoPaint".... I can't remember who had it though. If I find it, I'll post it.

I've done it on a challanger dash but that was only because it became a display peice in my bedroom.... other than that i'm takesing all I know to my grave, too many croocked people in the world to talk about that subject.

That is not the dash for that car.... it's from a 67-69 Barracuda....maybe even a '70 duster. When was the last time you saw a '68 Dart with that "super stock ream air" set up ... must be worth a million dollars! lol I've seen ALOT of scams going on ebay latley. ' 69 M code cuda for 2900???

A pic of your console would be helpful to detumin what it goes to. Go to ebay and check out item 4623034051, it's an automatic console (with dlx. wood grain) The 4spd console looks the same but where the sifter is on the Auto the manual is an open "box" for the shifter movment. I'm not sure but...
