You can either make clamps out of some steel stock and bolts or pick up spring clamps from your local auto parts store. Either should work fine. Here are some I can get from my local O'Reilly's right now.

You can get new ones at R/T Specialties here I just got the pair that I ordered, along with some other bits and pieces. I highly recommend them for those hard-to-find replacement parts.
