They can be bought new for cheap from sources like PAW, JEGS, Summit. I got a chrome one for $49.95 15yrs ago from PAW, chrome still looks good and it allowed me to drop the 360 into my Duster.

That chart seems to subtract 3 teeth for every 2" increase in diameter for 3:55's. Based on that you need a 34-1/2 tooth one. I would split the difference and go with 35. 34 if you want it too read a tad faster than actual maybe.
Ebay has white ones 37 tooth for around $15.00 new, just type in mopar speedometer pinion gear.
