Being a GM guy for so many years I'd put it on the other way around. That'd make a hell of a cowl induction and you wouldn't have to worry about lift because it would act as a spoiler too, ;)

I can tell you that it's not from a 55-57 Nomad. Being a Chevy guy from waaaay back it looks to me like a Nomad emblem from a 68-72 Chevelle Nomad wagon. Chevy also used the Nomad nameplate on some Vega wagons and full sized vans in the 70's but I'm pretty sure it's from a Chevelle as the style...

I'd be real leary of the vert. That deal seems to good to be true. Something has to be drasticly wrong with that car if that's the asking price. That's what I paid for my 65 Barracuda rolling project before prices starting to go in the dumper before the economy started to do the same thing.
