WOW I'm sure the law/rules vary from state to state but I would think you would need the previous sellers title signed and transferred. Your DMV may be the only one to say for sure. In Ohio I've run plenty of historic plates as well as originals transferred to the car as well.

So me and the family have been watching the series from the beginning. And we for the most part have enjoyed it. Now that things have been doing well for the show itself, is it just me or have the episodes been kind of drawn out? Also... it is driving me NUTS that people are still driving...
