The price is way too high..but it has potential. Is it really any different than buying a completely totaled car to restore? Ive seen a lot worse go for higher. If you can talk him down do it. Let the guy know your not an idiot and hell either send you packin or come down on price.

I make maybe $1100 a month..sometimes not even that. Rent is 400 a month plus another 200 or so utilities. like last month rent was $694..add in fuel for work which is usualy $120 a pay period..food which is in the ballpark of 250 for 3 of us..and you've got more month at the end of your money...
