Are you running a complete exhaust? full tails? if not, there is not much you can do to aviod the drone. Flowmaster are deadly on drone without tails. I have a full Dynomax exhaust which was also good zero drone until recently I cut the last 3ft off the tails so it would dump just after it...

I read back through the thread. You don't mention what your running after the mufflers. Your not running dumps are you?

I read somewhere that was a common problem with the baffles. I believe they have claimed to resolve the issue also with tight clearances in manufacturing. But on the other hand the more moving parts always means more to go possibly wrong.
