    I had to modify it slightly for z bar clearance.Auto would be no problem at all.

    Fit great on my 74 Dart sport 340 4 speed with schumacher mounts slant to 340 but used a tti z bar or modify the stock one as described on this site.Had to modify mopar mini starter a bit.Everything is real close but it fits!!Tons of great info here!!!
