    I had to get the authorities involved. Called the prosecuter and sherriff there in Arkansas. Sent a registered letter to Harold documenting everything. Finally got the headers. No apology.....nothing. I would never deal with him again. Some folks have been happy with him, I am not. Good luck...

    In the interest of fairness, after getting the District Attorney and others involved, I finally got the headers. Two weeks turned into four months. Don't make the same mistake as me. If you deal with Harold, DO NOT PREPAY.

    When I talked to him originally, he said that I could save the $25.00 C.O.D. fee by sending the money up front. He sounded like an honest guy at the time, so I took him up on it. Like my grandkids say "my bad".

    cutouts

    Back in the early 60's, we used to use gas tank filler tubes as cut outs. You just took the gas caps off and presto....open exhaust. Remote cutouts operated with choke cables inside the car, were available from Hollywood Sam and JC Whitney. They did leak a bit though. Bet you can still find them.
