The previous brake was stock drums, now changed to disc brake. I think the issue is there, to apply hydraulic pressure to the new and bigger calipers require a larger diameter master cylinder

We have replaced the brake caliper and the master cylinder in our friend dart. We have bleed the brake but it is still spongy, at first when we press the pedal is soft. After we pump one time it comes up. We have bleed a lot and is still spongy... Any ideas.
