It is 15-16" in diameter IIRC. I'll try to measure it tonight for sure.

Yep....They were the next thing to go if the other changes didn't fix the problem. Try the Viscious fan first.....then swap the WP then the pulleys. That Viscious fan pulls a S-load of air. I also run an aluminum 1" 2 row crossflow radiator.

A 160* thermostat WILL NOT fix a cooling problem...it might make it worse. A thermostat will only effect coolant temps if it sticks closed other that that it has no effect on max temp. That is determined by the radiator, fan, water pump and other engine factors. Sounds like you are going...

Since the March Pulleys spin the accessories at a slower speed the alternator is spinning slower......with the factory regulator the voltage will drop when you go to an idle and with som accessories on it drops below 12V.....with the constant output regulator it will stay above 12V even at an idle.

The march pulleys are fine......just run the constant output voltage regulator. If you have the room put the viscious fan on there.....I had 2 electric fans pulling over 5000cfm and my car would still get to 220*.......I put the Viscious fan on and it rides the T-stat now and there was no...

    Hooker Super comp headers/need help

That might be.....I haven't seen a P/N or a pic of the w2 Super Comps. I know I have the 1 3/4 tube Super Comps (2904 IIRC) and all the tubes go down.

    Hooker Super comp headers/need help

Those aren't hooker Super Comps either......I have a set for my Duster and they don't look like that. I have the 1-3/4" tubes with the slip tube on the #1 cylinder. All the tubes on the Hooker Super Comps go down...none wrap around or go over top of another cylinder.

    TTI Exhaust Systems

    TTI Exhaust Systems

For your car I would stay with the 2 1/2" system and go with the H-Pipe. The 3" will be over kill and actually hurt the cars performance.

    Got my carbs done.

That looks fantastic. I would switch to a 6-pack set-up in a heart beat if there would be a nitrous plate kit for one. Looks great Lee!

    Oil filter w/hooker 5208 headers

You can use the Dakota V6 oil filter for the small block. The Napa number is 1348 IIRC. It is a lot smaller in diameter than the stock filter.

update on some of my post with pics hopefully

There is a radial tire that will fit the 3.5" and 4" wide front rims.......it's a VW bug tire. Kuhmo makes a 165 R-15 tire that you can run. Tirerack.com sells them for like $30 a piece. I run 15x4 centerline fronts and I run a Dayton 165 R-15 I got locally...
