    I have herd that fluid dampeners are NOT good for the street due to the up and down of the RPM. They have a tendency to brake the crank with fluid movement. Just my 2 cents.

    After some research I desided to "CUSTOMIZE" the oil pan with my BFH. And now I can turn the car to the right.

    I am using the DC k-member so I would have to rework the k-member to get any height off the motor or am I using the wrong idler arm ???

    I have this same problem, but don't see how shimming between the k-member and frame is going to stop the hit when the engine and the steering linkage are bolted to the k-member

    I am having this same issue with my 68 Barracuda, But I am using all factory parts. I be leave that the steering linkage is late 60's
