I love efi but the carburetor just looks so cool on old cars. They can and will make just as much power. The do require more maintenance. I hate carburetors for daily driving but honestly, who daily drives these cars anymore?

Agreed, efi offers better drivability and cold starts but when tuned properly, the engine cannot tell the difference at wide open throttle.
