It was powder coated clear. It was done about 9 years ago. I think I am going to just leave whatever new intake i get raw.

You're right, under boost you would want a single plane and runner length isn't as important. I was just curious if the victor jr intake would help out at all in my application. I want something with an open plenum to keep the intake a little cooler.

So I like the cleaner look of the victor Jr. Just not sure if it will be to high of an rpm band for street driving.

The intake I have now is powder coated and fuel leaked on it. So the the coating is ruined and it looks awful. So I figured I would get a different intake, especially if it will perform better for my setup.

Need a wideband... and a gauge pod.

Ok good, I will prob buy it then. Does it data log at all? Or just show a/f on the fly? Here are the gauges I have now. I might just mount it on the column. Unless there is something that uses your iphone to see the a/f.... hmmm

    Forced induction fuel system

I wasn't saying that you are wrong with it only supporting 700 on efi.. i am simply saying that most people with cars with that much power could care less about a loud fuel pump. My car has a small block with dumps and i cant hear it at all. It also has been on my car for about 6 years with...

    Forced induction fuel system

I agree they are expensive but I find it funny that you say the a1000 is to loud and ONLY can support around 700hp.... If you have more than 700hp a fuel pump is the last thing you're going to hear.
