    No not necessarily , BB mopars are notorious for the cam tunnel being slightly out of whack. the shop that installed the cam bearings should have fitted a cam tothe block before they returned the block to you. What you need to do is get an old cam and cut a diaganol groove across the journals ...

    Big Block M code Exhaust Manifolds

    The left side is 69 only and that is the part number listed above , the right side is 67-69 . the 68 GSS darts had the 67 383 manifolds on them which the drivers side is more restrictive than the 68-69 383 left manifold.

    You have been reading/fed misinformation. The first and largest is the tapped holes ... which are actually are 7/16-14 ... A body 440's DO NOT use the same mount, they had a modified version of the 383 mount with a piece welded to it and 2 holes drilled by hand into the front of the oil pump...
