    Pretty sure MOPAR was fiddelin w Roll back cloth roofs in the later part of 72 as an experiment.... they were available later on the DART version of the duster platform...but that wasn't until 74 or 75??? anyway I think that top is legit and it makes that car VERY RARE!!!

    GUidelines YES!!! but famous for "in plant runouts" back in the 60's & 70's..... they had broadcast sheets for sure...but if they ran out of parts ona particular run it was not unusual for them ( or ANY domestic automaker) to use what was on hand as long as it exceeded the original specs...
