You might want to look into an electric fuel pump, as todays fuel evaporates very quickly, causing hard restarts after about 30 minutes. Remember the mechanical fuel pump will have to fill up 3 carbs.Do a little research on the interweb.

That's what I went by when I rebuilt all of mine last year as I t has all the info you could want. Fortunately I did not need the pro max outer plates to tune it, and it runs like a scalded dog, with outboards coming in without stumble.

i too have a set from a 440, and they operate flawlessly, with no bog, or hesitation. There are many good reads about how to set up, and tune them. The only thing that i have found online different between the small and big block, is a smaller internal vacuum port on the outer carbs, to slow...

I have the same car, with a six pack setup, 3:91 rear gear , 4 speed, and it hits hard at around 2500rpm's to redline. Great cruisability around town on the center 2bbl,I absolutely love it, no better sound than all 6bbl's pulling open!! No hood interference issues,but you will need a 3 speed...

It's an impact switch that is activated when involved in an accident. Fords have had them installed in all of their fuel injected vehicles since the 80's. Cars are usually in the trunk on a side panel, or up front behind a kick panel. Do a google search for a picture and hit the boneyard. Or...
