That sounds like an awesome idea. There's a couple Ford Model A ones done in 1/24th I think. Look it up if you haven't seen it. Obviously it would be very different, but might be inspiring.

I have the Bandit Resin one that I got straight from them. I haven't done anything with it yet, but I was happy with the quality of what I received. I wish someone would make a full kit of it though, as the resin trans kits get expensive with the resin and donor kit combined. I'd buy at least...

There is a 70 Dart resin body. I have one. It's pretty good as far as resin goes. I can't remember which resin place it was from. I haven't done anything with it yet.

Yes, I pick up as many of those oddball ones as I can, though I haven't gotten those 2 yet. I use the 40% off coupons at Hobby Lobby. Right now ours has the Blazer, but not the Galaxie.

Local hobby shops will always be more expensive. Hobby Lobby usually has that kit for about $22 or so, and with the 40% off coupon they regularly have, it's a lot less. If you don't have Hobby Lobby in your area, I'm sure there's other sources to get it cheaper. I don't mind paying local hobby...
