Do you have a recommendation for a coilover on this set up? I want to go this route too and get rid of the torsion bars. I need the room. Also if there was a one stop shop for everything needed to do this job with your supports where would that be? Nice work BTW!

I ran Cal Tracs for years and switched to a Control Freaks 4 link a couple years ago. The car hooks better on the street. I don't race the car anymore so I can't tell you how much better it really is at the track but if money is no object go 4 link. Way more adjustability.

I'm trying to find a steering shaft retainer kit for a 1968 Barracuda with manual steering. I called Jim's auto parts and got the secretary..I think?? She didn't have a clue a wasn't very helpful trying to figure it out. Any ideas where I can find this kit? Thanks Brett

I have them but I welded them. Here's what you do. There is a hole in the cross member that lines up with the hollow part of the frame conector. Drill through it. Then pick a diagonal line that lines up with the back bracket for the E barke cables. Take a cutting wheel and cut a long slot...

Now that I have the Dana installed I want opinion's on tightening the U bolt's. I have them tight now and will drive the car a few miles when the motor is done. Then I will check them again. Should I torque them to a certain spec or just get them as tight as I can?

No they don't hook at all, but not much does on my car. I liked the size and the looks so I got them. I don't street race anyway. I have slicks for the strip.

I have your answer. do a 3/4 spring relocate 15x9 with 4 7/8 backspace Mickey Thompson I L60. Go to mickey Thompson website and they give you all the specs on that tire. This is what I run and that's all that will fit. I also have stock leaf's
