you might want to order new parts that you know are right. The brackets may look similar but if they are off just a bit your gonna have headaches.

The black one on the top left looks like mine. I got a new Z bar kit from Jim's parts. Mine works fine. Are you sure that those are correct? did they come off the car or did you just put the pieces together a long the way?

What kind of scatter shield do you have? I have the lakewood and used the lakewood pivot for the clutch fork and it did work quite right. My fork fell off, sorta. Anyway I put a stock pivot on and now it work perfect.

I just did this and can tell you from experience to check your pinion angle. I wheel hopped my car and tore up some gears. Make sure you have some good shocks and everything is tight around back and you should be fine.
