i think royal purple sells syncromesh too but i cant speak for that on eim sure its more expensive too. ive used pennzoil and thats the one that has worked for me.

once you put in the syncromesh - it will be a little till you see the difference but from you describe " slight grinds and stubborn gear changes " it will fix the problem... this stuff has worked miracles for me in the past.

wow, sounds perfect so let me ask this. though its been answered several times... A body big block 4 speed package - is what i would need as far as the gear ratios and the bell housing size wont matter? as long as its BB?

if i buy this package at brewers. how easy would it be for me to do this swap ? still need shop assistance? still need shop related tools? like welder and heavy duty tools?or would this be a pretty straight forward self install?

the Driveshaft would be the worry-some part of it for me. how would i know what i would need before buying it? only a few different ones that could fit>? only one? the bell housing i see a ton for big blocks but also different inches.

Alright that sounds fair and like a real good amount of work with a good amount of experience needed to do this. Let me suggest this... Any one in the so cal area with any good recommendations on a good shop or someone that will do this swap for me? Please respond
