I am working on a 70 dart. rebuilt all front end parts including the LCA. Replaced the torsion bars (old slant 6) with 340 bars. Passenger slid right in. Had a harder time getting the driver side in. Had to remove the a-arm bump stop. Problem is, I can not get the bump stop back in. there...

So, just run the bolt in until they touch the rotating portion of the t-bar, meaning whe pocket the bolt goes into? Taking all pressure off of the bar. Correct

I am assembling the front of my 70 dart. I took front end apart a year ago and have no idea how far to run the adjustment bolt into the block in the LCA to assemble. No motor is in the car. I have no idea how many turns it took to get it out. Has 340 bars in car

Instead of the washers being cupped toward and covering the bushing, they are cupped outward. Thanks

When using these do you follow the follow the guide lines on the outside of the metal washers.?

Should you use the normal nut and lock washer or upgrade to a lock nut. Tks.

As I disassembled the front end, specifically the steering gear on my dart, I discovered some parts painted yellow or having yellow paint marks? The bolt heads that hold the steering gear to the k frame were yellow along with the nut that holds pitman arm on. Is this factory paint colors? Thanks
