Looks like he already found the problem. If anyone else is nauseous check the vent tube that is on the filler tube inside the 1/4. Could be gas fumes too! Little piece of rubber at the top of the filler tube cracks and breaks sometimes.

X2! I use copper water pipe. You can bend it to desired shape and flatten it at the end and hold it with the ground clamp of the welder. Or you can braze it with a torch and use a coathanger!

Cut the flanges between the last and middle tubes and between the middle tubes and the front tube. Done! Never leak again!! Done it many times.... Don't be scared! Do it! It really works.
