I've been trying to finish up the interior in the 65 Barracuda and it is so close, just waiting on rear quarter window felts and a shifter knob to say the interior is complete, well except the dash pad still needs to be installed.

I'd like to see more tunnel pics if you get lots. I'd like to put that trans in an Early A body if possible. I think the TKX is my best bet. I was waiting for the 855 but gave up on that trans after a friend received one and had huge shifting problems with it.

I've working on putting the rear quarter windows in my my 65 Barracuda. Finally have one of them in and working fairly smooth. I should of left them in when I painted the car. A big lesson on frustration! How can a little window cause so much grief!!!

It looks good. You'll defiantly have lots of belt surface area on your alternator. I wonder if the belt will work without rubbing on the water pump pulley. I'm interested in your idea for sure, especially in a truck where the alternator can sit high without hitting anything.

Then the only other way is to do a scan through the ODB port. I have a scanner that can do that but it sucks when the vehicle won't tell you what dam tire is causing the problem. My patriot is the same way. I'm sure any tire store near you could scan it and do the repair for less than the...

If you know how to scroll to the section where it shows the 4 tires and pressure? It will show one tire that is not responding or 0.0 PSI. I'm sure depending on the vans options it could be different than mine.

Getting the electrical in the Barracuda today and playing around with LED's. They sure are much brighter but now I need a new flasher relay! This just the park lights on. I cant try the signal lights as they won't work with my old flasher.

Well I do agree with one thing on that list. It is the 2.7. I worked on many and they were the worst out of all the other motors. Do a water pump on one of those engines and you'll be good at doing timing chains on them The poor water pump design is what caused a all the sludge problems on the too!

I cut a large coffee can up and rap it around the header so no oil drips around the and in the header. Well most oil I should add, and the coffee can is a ***** to get it in there but well worth the time and hassle.

Worked on the Cuda last night and got the front mostly together!

My son-in-law has a 2014 wrangler with the 3.6 auto and has 240km or 150k miles no big problems so far. We have changed all the fluids on time and did replace the rad when he took a big rock from underneath. We also replaced the door bushings once as well.
