Me too. Installed twice, still leaked. Went with the tall magnum water neck.

I just had to open up some of the bolt holes on the radiator. Very close to lining up but not quite. Hose bushing on the lower only.

Oh yeah and adapter bushing for the lower hose...

The 22" advertised as for Darts bolted up after elongating some bolt holes and the shroud went on fine after removing a little material on the bottom of the shroud. Well worth it.

Try using thread sealer on the bolts. Your leak might be coming from around the bolts.

No but the car was originally A/C and still used all the brackets and pulleys. Also, have you thought about using a regular old solid fan with a spacer if needed?

Mine works fine with one belt on the alt (in the outside slot) and one for the power steering.
