    It looks like a 360 car pan. The rear seal is area is smaller & narrower than the front. If it were a 273/318/340 pan, the rear seal would be the same as the front. If that's an OEM pan, there should be bold 3# stamp that would provide more details (year & model use) if someone knows the numbers.

    Just got a reply from a Volare racer who said it fits F-bodies without mods. But he added that using poly engine mounts helps, like Schumacher, because they don't sag like OEM rubber, which caused a slight rubbing by the center link. Nothing on any other mods. Pans may need specific pan...

    Do you happen to know how a Dakota pans may fit in an F-body (Aspen/Volare) using a 360 compatible pan? Any mods necessary?

    It doesn't show up in the dyno numbers, but overall a LA small block will have roughly 75 less pounds to haul around than a low deck big block!

    Only weighted flexplates are aftermarket. The usual ones used are B&M. I'm pretty sure they have one for the Magnum application, but I don't have the # handy.

    If you're new to Mopars, there are a few questions about how knowledgeable you are about 360s. Knowing the answers will be useful to your project: - truck vs passenger car oil pans? - external balance? -LA vs Magnum 360? -lock-up vs non-lock-up converters/transmissions?
