I was thinking about using a similar technique to make my dash bezel for my universal Intellitronix gauge panel. I kind of wish I had a little bit larger of a 3D printer.

A 1 kg roll of PLA cost about $20 on the low end. For example, that handle I designed cost about $6 to print. If I had a larger 3D printer, like a Creality CR-10, I could have oriented the part to use less supports and it would have been cheaper and quicker to print.

At the very least, I would need a drawing with all the dimensions and I could try modeling something up.

So, I had the seats of my '68 Dart removed because racecar... I was thinking about keeping them as they were in excellent condition with a little touch of custom work done to them before I bought them. I was wondering if they'd fit in any other A-bodies. I'm guessing early-A's would be a no go.

If you go on Summit's website you can get Procar seats and mounting brackets so they're a bolt on into the Duster. I've heard a lot of good reviews about their seats. http://procarbyscat.com/

I agree with you about the GPS speedo, but again, my problem with that, and whole start of the thread, was that the Dart dash has no accommodations for round gauges. So something custom would have to be made to get a GPS speedo in there.

I kind of like your setup there. I could make a nice, long carbon fiber piece; however, I'd like to try to keep the lower dash pad in mine.
