    NEW MEMBER: '71 Dodge Demon

<You got anything for a 340? > Just a running 69 340, pump gas, carb to pan, and a set of ported Eddy heads, pushrods, Comp 292H (purple plus) cam that came off my 416, and a set of new lifters. You need to lose the power brakes IMO. I'd like to see your car when you get it up here. the...

    NEW MEMBER: '71 Dodge Demon

Welcome to FABO and even more importantly get that Demon up here to N. Alabama. I have a 71 Drag Demon in progress and a 68 FB fish torn down for painting. You have found the right place for Mopar info and help. As for the dash, look at Classic Industries website - they repop then for $449...

    New Barracuda.... New Member!

That is a really nice fish! Interior is too pretty to put the shift back on the column. Get a console for it if you want to revert to stock looking shifter. Welcome to FABO.

    71 Duster Project.

I have the same problem with a drag Demon I bought - no dash, no VIN. I think the fix would be to find someone who is scrapping / parting out a 71 Demon and buy the VIN tag with a bill of sale for the car. That is all we need in AL.

    1972 demon barn find

I think the number on my 69 340 is on the driver side of the block in front just under the head gasket. I will have to post up the number. And welcome to the wonderful world of Mopars and FABO. 4 sp 340 Demon should be a fun car with the right gear.

New Member - 1967 Barracuda Fastback Drag Car

Wow, that is a nasty fish there!!! I just started racing last year when I bought my fish. Started with a 340 (8.5 1/8th), then the stroker (see below). Now looking to get a full bars car, hopefully a Demon to play with while the fish gets bodywork and interior done. Will start with the...

Isn't your car the Mopar Muscle project car "B3 bomber"? #9298? http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/projectbuild/mopp_0610_1967_plymouth_barracuda/index.html http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/projectbuild/mopp_0707_mopar_rearend_replacement/photo_01.html

    Just signed up

Welcome to the greatest A body site around! Yeah, the liter thingy sounded goofy to me also. There isn't a single thing about that car that is metric and it should stay that way. That car looks great! I love the single scoop on the hood. A little side stripeage would look gooder to me but...

    Hello

Welcome to FABO - the best A body info source on the internet and a darn good bunch of folks. Also good luck with the Valiant. What you got in it and what is the plan?

    FABO: What An Awesome Find!!

Welcome to Fabo. Nice ride. Stance looks great with those rear meats. Ditto the 3" open headers. I ran mine that way last weekend. Inside the car with nothing on the floor to dampen the sound it was just too loud. Had to put on my helmet. Who needs a stereo when the engine is playing that...

    New to Mopar

Then you shoulda got one that was already the way you wanted it. Gonna be a long dirty expensive garage filling process, or a long very expensive process. Welcome to FABO.

    Must be a middle-age thing

Welcome to FABO and congrats on getting back on track. Mid life crisis at 45 - your still a pup. That is just a little testosterone bubbling through. You won't get old until your hip(s) hurt so much you won't want to start the bikes and only ride the ones with electric starts. How would I...

New Here, finally got my fish

I bet you got a few comments while bringing it home. I sure did while dragging my 67 parts fish home from NY state. Good looking car. Where you gonna get the hood and what kind?

    Life long 340 project

You are gonna love doing burnouts with that 340! I sure do but I kinda worry about the lower end since I did not build the engine. Now considering a stroker and letting the 340 get a little rest on a stand.

Hey everybody, getting into the "A" game

Welcome to FABO and good luck on your search for the perfect 68 FB fish. I recently bot one from a friend's widow that has been turned into a track car. Runs strong but looks very rough. I am really tempted to take one that looks great and put my running gear into. Then take the track car...

    Greetings from North Alabama

Cool! Skippy (Zack liked to say he was the "Skipinator"!) claimed he was pretty good at racing. He never had much money and did the best he could with what he had. I remember him coming into the local pool bar where I met him (was called Heidis) and he said he won the Sat night bracket race...

    Greetings from North Alabama

That is a very nice job on what is my favorite Mopar. BTW, if you want into a FB fish to work on next and use as a track car I have the perfect one with lots of extras. I have way too many toys and hobbies / chores to allow myself to get seriously bitten by the MOPAR bug.

This spoiler was designed by my buddy and custom made for him. It really looks good to me and makes the FB look so much sleeker. This spoiler has been riveted on and will have to be removed so the trunk lid can be painted. then I can use aerospace type fasteners to put it back on. Sorry I...

    Greetings from North Alabama

I am the new owner of a white 68 Cuda fastback that has been a track-only car the last many years. Bought it from the widow a friend who recently passed. He loved that car and his widow needed some help so I paid way too much for it and now (kinda) own it, less the title. BTW, anybody from...
