    No, just lap belt. The shoulder belt is detachable and stowed along the roofline.

    Run the belt towards the front behind both metal spring clips. Return the buckle end back to the second clip and tuck it behind the clip where the buckle is attached to the belt. The buckle is just after the clip towards the rear. I can get you pics later today.

    Back in the day up until the late 60's many cars came with standard rubber flooring. Not sure if the cheapest Duster you could still get a "CARPET DELETE" option.

    I don't see why they wouldn't work. My 73 is a bench bottom with center arm rest. It has belts for three in the front. It might be that the shoulder belt might be different. Mine are two piece (driver/passenger) side.

    I've use the product "Rapid Tac" for years. It allows you to reposition vinyl decals and should be the product to use for dash pads too.
