I have a foot pump for my window washer on the 68 Barracuda, just don't know where exactly to mount it. Anybody have a picture I can follow?

I ordered a headliner from them, it took a while cause they had to make it but I got it after several weeks wait (over Christmas holiday too). I'm happy with it.

You'll need to take the front and rear windows out to do it right. It's kind of a PITA and hard to get it tight unless you know what you're doing. I did my 67 notchback Barracuda and it came out only OK. I should have farmed it out!

I sent my 69 Barracuda dash pad to "Just Dashes" and they recovered the whole thing. It came out great too but it did take a while to get it back.

Well I do have an update, they shipped today so I expect it in a couple of days. I too have used them in the past and the products are always top notch so I'm a bit surprised I got no feedback. Maybe they just got a bit offtrack from the holidays.

So what's the deal with Legendary these days? I put in an order over a month ago for a headliner on my 69 Fish and have not heard from them. I try calling and all I get is put on hold then eventually routed to a phone mail recorder. They never call back! I see they already charged my AMEX...

I've always used Legendary too. I'm so done with Year One.

It sounds like a retro-reverb unit to me probably not a factory item. If it works you might want to keep it just for the fun of it.

If it fits there's no reason why you cannot. I've got a few of those radios cause I fix em, they never were that good but it's better than AM only.

I've got one in my 67 Barracuda and almost swapped it for bucket seats. I find I really like it though cause it has the drop down arm rest in the middle and I can put my arm around the wife while cruisin'. How cool is that?

I had an upholstery guy redo my seats with my supplied covers from Legendary. They came out real nice, way better than I could have done it. I also opted to do the headliner myself, it came out only ok, I wish I had farmed it out.

I just worked on a radio similar to yours with the same problem. The AM/FM selector linkage was broken inside the radio. I ended up fabricating a new part out of PC board material and it worked great! It was a crappy design to begin with but I was happy to get the radio working again.

You can go online to youtube to find several movies on how to do this properly. I don't have a specific link offhand but it's easy to find.

I just went through this on my 67 Notchback. The quick answer is no unless there's some kind of trick to it. I had to pull both windows out to get access to the 'points' which hold the headliner fore and aft. It's a major PITA.

I got mine done at CGAR and it lasted only about 4 years before it started peeling off. In my opinion it's not worth it. I just paint them now.

I used plain old enamel paint with some flattening agent in it. It came out perfect!

You have to have a radio, even if it's just AM. Something has to drown out the wife when she continues to cluck as you're trying to ignore her whilst driving down the road.

I've tried cheap interiors and got what I paid for. The seats fell apart after 2 years. I now use Legendary for all 3 cars with great success. As others have said here, you pay now or pay later!

I like the 4 spoke Grant wheels because I can rest my hand at the 6 o'clock position while driving. They do show a light rust after about 20 years but other than that they've served me well.

I have to agree, it sounds like someone did a swap on you before you bought it. You have all the 68 dash stuff.

I have a white interior on my 67 fish and it looks great when it's clean but I'd prefer black cause it does not show the dirt.

It looks really good. I'll probably do that to mine too on the 67 fish. I have in the past sent mine out to get re-chromed and reworked. It came back looking great but only lasted 3 years and started to look scabby again. I don't think it was worth the 350 + bucks I paid to get it done...
